As experienced installers, we can offer various installation methods depending on your choice of timber flooring. We prefer to install over a substrate of either plywood or chipboard for solid timber meaning the board would be glued, secret nailed sanded and finished onsite.
The same method of installation applies to an engineered board that can be fixed giving it that solid feel. Otherwise most engineered board can be floated over any substrate.
