Communication with Mike and his colleagues has been an excellent experience.  They were always prompt to respond to any of our emails/ messages. Mike checked with us a few days prior to commencing of the job to ensure that we are ready to proceed as per the plan, due to the current Covid situation.  We went with Boral’s Spotted Gum as we loved the contrast feature of the wood.  On the day of the job, the employees of Mr Timber Floors arrived on time with proper PPE and followed strict safety and hygiene guidelines during execution.  I am extremely happy at the outcome as they delivered what was promised.  During the entire period, Mike was constantly updating us and checking on the progress of the work. After completing the job the workers cleaned up the area and removed all rubbish. I am happy and proud of such talented family business and will recommend to anyone to go ahead with Mr Timber Floors.

Our old floors were a bit uneven and very creaky but it feels like a brand new house now, no more creaks! We were also really happy that they were able to organise our new kitchen and wall removal at the same time with Yena Developments, so convenient and it made the whole renovation process a lot easier. I can’t believe how quick the guys were when they started work, and they always cleaned up every afternoon before they left. Sophy is very friendly and knowledgeable about all the different types of flooring available. There was no upselling at all, and Sophy explained well the difference in durability of the various floor types. Michael was very open and upfront with his quote, there were no hidden extras. He explained thoroughly what extra costs may need to be added to final bill. The quality of their work is second to none., we would definitely use their services again.
